Analytics & Reporting

The Azotte Portal provides comprehensive analytics and reporting to help you understand your subscription business performance, customer behavior, and revenue trends. This guide walks you through the available dashboards, reports, and export options.

Accessing Analytics

From the portal sidebar, navigate to Analytics & Reporting to access all dashboards and reports.

Custom Reports

Create custom reports by:

  1. Click + New Report
  2. Select dimensions (time, plan, storefront, region, segment)
  3. Select metrics (revenue, subscribers, churn, conversions)
  4. Choose visualization (table, chart, or both)
  5. Save and optionally schedule email delivery

Exporting Data

All reports can be exported in:

  • CSV — For spreadsheet analysis
  • PDF — For presentations and stakeholder sharing
  • Scheduled Email — Automatic delivery to your inbox on a set schedule

Date Range & Filters

All dashboards support:

  • Date range selector — Today, last 7 days, last 30 days, last quarter, custom range
  • Comparison mode — Compare current period to a previous period
  • Global filters — Filter all widgets by storefront, plan, region, or segment

Best Practices

  • Review weekly — Check key dashboards at least weekly for early trend detection
  • Use comparison mode — Always compare to a previous period to understand direction
  • Focus on leading indicators — Trial conversion and at-risk segments predict future churn
  • Share reports — Schedule monthly business review reports to stakeholders
  • Act on insights — Use analytics to trigger campaigns, adjust pricing, or improve onboarding
